Under what circumstances are Common Carrier Accidental Death benefits available?

1. Your death must result from an Accident while you are traveling on a Common Carrier.
2. Your death must result from an Accident which occurs during your Certificate Period.
3. Your death must occur within 60 days of the Common Carrier Accident and must result directly and independently of all other causes, from an Injury which was sustained during the Common Carrier Accident. The Injury must be the sole cause of death.
4. Common Carrier Accidental Death benefits will not exceed the amount indicated in your Schedule of Benefits and Limits, per Family involved in the same Accident.
